Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from Settings → Account. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your billing cycle so you don't lose paid days.
Nothing gets deleted. If you have more than 50 notes when you drop to Basic, the existing ones stay safe and readable — you just can't create new notes until you're under the limit (delete, archive, or merge). Premium-only features (sub-notebooks, version diff, etc.) become read-only.
No. Basic is free forever — no card, no trial expiry. We only ask for a card when you upgrade.
Each individual recording session. On Basic you can record for up to 1 minute at a time; on Premium 20 minutes. Separately, the monthly transcription quota caps how much audio you can convert to text in a calendar month — Premium is unlimited.
Premium includes 500 NoteChat messages and 100 NoteQ quiz generations per calendar month. Resets on the 1st. If you ever need more, contact us — power users get the conversation.
A reference from one note to another. Type [[Note title]] in the editor and we'll auto-link to that note; you can click the link to jump straight to it, and the target shows a "Linked from" panel listing every note that points to it.
